Ive opened and reopened this app about 50 times and it keeps telling me that I need internet connection but I have THREE BARS and full wifi connection. Ive tried everything including restarting my phone but nothing works

Im pretty sure a free trial is supposed to be free. If this is the case, why did I get charged for it?
